The house next door is for sale. According to the ReMax website and their mortgage calculator, if you put down 20% your mortgage payments will be $103 a month.$103/month
If you add in taxes and insurance and you're probably looking at payments around $200. Of course, you'll have to rebuild the collapsing garage...if that's important to you. And replace the roof, which is now just a big blue tarp. Oh, and from what I see through the windows, you'll need new light fixtures, unless you're into the single-light-bulb-hanging-from-the-ceiling look. And pay for garbage pick up instead of throwing your Cheetos bags in my yard.
