A Big Huge Throne of Lies

From Tuesday's South Bend Tribune:

Suspect in Crime Stoppers theft pleads guilty

Tribune Staff Report

A man suspected of embezzling funds from the South Bend-area Crime Stoppers pleaded guilty Monday. George V. Timlin entered a guilty plea to the charge of theft, a Class C felony. Timlin was accused of stealing at least $100,000 from the Crime Stoppers account while he was treasurer of the organization.

The money was stolen between September 2005 and July 2010. He faces a sentence of two to eight years and a fine of up to $10,000. The court can also order a defendant to make restitution for the loss to any victims.

**According to the news this morning, he was able to steal the money by texting fake leads to the Crime Stoppers line. I'm confused...according to the jingle "No one will know your NAME!!! CrimeStoppersdoesnothavecallerID."

So they must be a bunch of liars, sitting on a throne of lies
